In-person and online appointments are both available. In-person is scheduled on a case-by-case basis.

Frequency |

Therapy can be scheduled for weekly, every/other week, or 1x month. Psychedelic Journeys are programs lasting for about 2-4 months. Private Yoga and Breathwork can be booked for one session, or as a Practice Program of 5 sessions.

Pricing and Programs |

Therapy Clients (Individual or Couple) $200/60 minutes, 90 minute sessions preferred with rate of $300

Psychedelic Therapy Journey- The Immersive 2 month Program $3,333

Psychedelic Couples Therapy Journey- Deep Transformative Connection 4 month Program $5,555

Private Yoga, Meditation and/or Breathwork sessions: $275/ 90 minute sessions (sliding scale available for this work)

Private Yoga, Meditation and/or Breathwork- The Full Practice Program- $1,111 (includes 5 90-minute sessions combining yoga, meditation and/or breathwork practices)

Group Breathwork Journey Invite your team of colleagues, friends, or family to experience a private group journey tailored to your group’s intention $1,1111 (up to ten people. Email for larger groups)

Public Yoga classes offered weekly at Commune Yoga in Seattle, Washington.

Payment Notes | Private Pay accepted, I do not accept insurance.

Superbills are available upon request for the purpose of partial insurance reimbursement for therapy-only clients.
